At Maven & Mane Salon we aim to provide our clients with the best service possible. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request our clients to follow a few guidelines:

Late Arrival

We value your time, and we strive to provide timely and efficient services. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we request punctuality. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service duration to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations to Keratin treatments or color correction services may result in a cancellation fee. This fee helps compensate our stylists for the time reserved for your service and allows us to maintain the efficiency of our scheduling system.


Rescheduling

We appreciate your commitment to your scheduled appointments. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative time for your service.

Deposits

Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied towards the total cost of your service. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensures that time slots are reserved for committed clients. Keratin treatments and color corrections will require a non refundable $50 deposit that will be applied to the service when rendered.

Referral Program

We value your loyalty and appreciate your referrals. Our referral program allows you to earn rewards when you refer friends, family, or colleagues to Maven & Mane Salon. Your referral must mention your name when booking, and you will receive your reward after their completed service.
