At Maven & Mane Salon we aim to provide our clients with the best service possible. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request our clients to follow a few guidelines:
Late Arrival
We value your time, and we strive to provide timely and efficient services. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we request punctuality. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service duration to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
Cancellation Policy & Reschedule Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we do our best to accommodate. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.
Cancellations or Reschedules with 48+ Hours’ Notice: No fee will apply.
Cancellations or Reschedules with Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: A 25% deposit will be required to schedule your next service. This deposit is non-refundable, but it will be applied toward the total cost of your next appointment.
This policy helps compensate our stylists for the time reserved and ensures we can continue to provide the best scheduling availability for all of our clients.
We truly understand that genuine emergencies happen. In those rare cases, please reach out to management directly so we can review your situation with understanding while maintaining fairness to our team.
Online Booking Cancellation Policy
At Maven & Mane Salon, we value your time and ours. To secure your appointment, a 25% deposit based on the estimated service cost is required at the time of booking.
Deposit Application: This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.
Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice): If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or may be applied to your next service, whichever you prefer.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
Emergencies: We understand that true emergencies can happen. In rare and genuine cases, please contact management directly, and we will review your situation with compassion.
By booking online, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Deposits
Some services at Maven & Mane require a deposit to secure your appointment. This ensures that time is reserved exclusively for you and allows us to manage our schedule efficiently.
General Policy: All deposits will be applied to the cost of your scheduled service. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to have the deposit refunded or applied toward your next service. If a cancellation or reschedule occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded or applied.
Services Requiring a Deposit:
Keratin Treatments & Color Corrections – Require a $50 deposit, applied to the cost of your service when rendered.
All Online Bookings – Require a 25% deposit based on the estimated service cost, applied toward the service total.
This policy helps us keep our schedule fair and ensures that appointment times are reserved for committed clients.
Referral Program
We value your loyalty and appreciate your referrals. Our referral program allows you to earn rewards when you refer friends, family, or colleagues to Maven & Mane Salon. Your referral must mention your name when booking, and you will receive your reward after their completed service.
